My mission is to redefine the relocation process by providing specialized services that enables my clients to become comfortable in their new environment and enable them to quickly and productively reenter the workplace. I have a carefully chosen network of local experts who have proven to be effective, recognizable leaders in their fields. · Consult with you regarding your current lifestyle and determine your housing wants and needs. A great Realtor knows how critical it is to listen to their client!

· Preview homes for you before you move. We will both pre-view homes online through my instant MLS search. Then you will chose homes you want me to preview in person before you arrive. I will email you multiple photos of the listings I preview in person so you can better decide if you want to view those homes yourself when you arrive.

· Coordinate your home finding trip to the area. We will schedule time for you to view homes in person when you arrive. By previewing homes prior to your visit, we will be able to make the most out of your actual trip to the area!

· Direct you to local financing resources. My experience in real estate has proven that a reputable lender is crucial in the relocation process! I have selected the absolute best lenders in the area that will assist you in your financing and banking needs. The lenders are committed to customer service as much as myself and will guarantee you the absolute best interest rate, lowest fees, and competitive closing costs. Perhaps more importantly, they have built their reputation on getting their loans closed on time! If you prefer to use your own lender, I´ll work with you on getting all the documentation and information you need to the lender. Some employers may even offer special financing as a part of your benefits package for relocating. Regardless of which lender you use, it is crucial that you have your financing in place before you start the actual process of looking for a home.

· Provide Current Market Analysis of any home you are interested in making an offer on. When you are moving into an area, you have no idea what the current market value of a home should be. I´ll be there to protect you and guide you through negotiations in your home purchase. As an ABR, I will work to get you the best value for your investment and provide an estimation of what the average annual appreciation will be by providing tax records of that property and it's comparables. The tax records will show past sale amounts of the last few owners of those properties. We can figure the appreciation from those sale amounts and sale dates.

· I will be your Representative and monitor the progress of your transaction. I will work closely with the financing professionals, home inspector(s), closing attorney and title company to make sure your transaction closes when you need it to close. If you are unable, or unwilling, to attend your home inspection, I´ll take care of it for you!

· Keep you updated! I will provide you with progress reports and keep you updated on the process of your contract all the way to closing. You will have one point of care to call whenever you have a question. If I don´t have the answer immediately, I will work on resolving the matter for you as quickly as possible! I believe that customer service is an art form and am committed to building solutions for each and every transferees individual needs.

· Attend the closing with you. I will attend closing with you to make sure that all documentation is correct and the charges you are agreeing to pay are correct. This is the last step in securing your new home!

· Stay In touch!! Finally, my commitment to my clients doesn´t end at the closing table. If you ever have a question regarding your new home or community, your single point of care is still available!
